An Uneven Experience
uninspiring view petty charge
The room faced an uninspiring view of an adjacent building. I expected better for the price I paid. the housekeeping closet next to my room created disruptive noise at times. I found the charge for a local call petty. It left a sour note considering the overall cost of my stay.

The hotel's location was convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions and transport links. The staff were professional and helpful. I greatly appreciated how any concerns were addressed quickly. THE concierge team helped me book restaurants.

overall an ok experience.
central location super clean rooms cocktail drinks uninspiring view expensive breakfast breakfast buffet
the location is very central. it is near many important landmarks, i found everything accessible. the rooms were super clean and the cleaning staff are real pros. they left everything sparkling each day. i also found the bar professionals know their drinks. i really liked trying different cocktails.
my room faced a back side area. the view from the room was not inspiring at all. the breakfast was expensive. i ended up paying a lot more than i expected for the breakfast buffet with some extra dishes.

The afternoon tea in The Rose Lounge was a great experience. The food tasted fresh and was presented well. The staff were helpful and took care of our needs quickly.
The entrance team was not polite. They repeatedly asked me to move away while I was waiting. I felt unwelcomed and had to leave the lobby area
